CONCERNING
OVER HANDLE EXPORT LEVY AFFAIRS FROM DJA TO DJBC

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE,

To:

In connection with the signing of the Minutes of Over Handle Export Levy Affairs between Directorate General of Budget (DJA) with the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC), the following matters:

1. From January 1, 2009 all matters relating to the Export Levied are implemented by DJBC.

2. In connection with the matters as intended in paragraph 1, the affairs of the settlement of the return, objection, postponed/gradual payment and billing Export Levies that have been addressed to DJA and there have been no settlement will be the responsibility of DJBC in processing.

3. With the enactment of PMK 213/PMK.04/2008 concerning Procedures of Payment and Remittance of State Revenue in the Framework of Imports, State Revenue in the Framework of Export, State Revenue on the Goods Subject to Excise, and State Revenue from Imposition of Administrative Fine on the Transportation of Certain Goods, PMK 93/PMK.02/2005 concerning Procedure of Payment and Remittance of Export Levy has been revoked and is no longer valid, so that all reporting obligations and others regulated in PMK 93/PMK.02/2005 be no longer valid.

4. Associated with monthly reporting by the exporter that submits report of export realization to DJA on the approval for return of excess payment of Export Levy as compensation as been arranged by decree of the Minister of Finance concerning the Return of Excess Payment of Export Levy, the report can be sent to the Director General of Customs and Excise with attention to Director of Revenue and Regulation of Customs and Excise.
